My two main goals and the most important ones are the commands Jesus gives us in the New Testament: (1) To love the Lord our God with all of our heart, mind, soul and strength and (2) To love our neighbor as ourselves. As I endeavor to do these things, God helps me. He gives me love, guidance, and His strength to continue moving forward as I follow Him.
Scripture tells us we need to study God’s word and to teach it to our children. Deuteronomy 11:18-21 says, “Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, bind them as for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes. And ye shall teach them to your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates: that your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the Lord swore unto fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth.”
The third goal of this ministry is to provide encouragement, lesson materials, and tools to help others fulfill this command in their lives.
Fourth, I want to share, through testimony, some of the life-changing experiences I’ve gone through to hopefully encourage you. Through these experiences I’ve learned many lessons, including how much I need Jesus in my life. I hope–through my writing–God will show others their need for Him as well!
